Combined Professional Liability (E&O) & General Liability Insurance    

Professional Liability Insurance is also known as errors & omissions insurance (E&O). This type of coverage will cover claims alleging negligence in the rendering of, or the failure to render professional services.

General liability insurance is typically purchased by an individual or business as protection against liability claims for bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD) arising out of premises, operations, products, and completed operations; and advertising and personal injury (PI) liability.

 

Limit Options (note: professional and general liability limits must match):

$250,000 per claim / $250,000 annual aggregate
$500,000 per claim / $500,000 annual aggregate
$1,000,000 per claim / $1,000,000 annual aggregate
$1,000,000 per claim / $2,000,000 annual aggregate

  *Higher limits can be offered (up to a total of $5M) via excess liability. Subject to underwriter review and an additional premium.

 

Deductible:

  • $5,000 per claim, with multiple deductible options available (note: professional and general liability deductibles must match)
